How does OCI Security's price%u2013match policy work?
If you find a lower price anywhere online on a new identical item, just show us the lower price from the competitors Authorized Reseller website and we will try our best to match the price. Auction style sites such as Ebay.com and Amazon.com we do not price match. We also do not price match "Wholesale Distribution sites" that require you to be a member, such as "Costco", "Sam's Club" and "BJ's".

Which items does OCI Security price match?
Everything we sell. The item must be identical, including model number, components and U.S. warranty. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized U.S. reseller, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify. Items sold on auction sites or on "clearance" or "liquidation" do not qualify.We don%u2019t price match taxes and typographical errors.

Can the Price Match Policy be used after an order has already been placed?
No.Price matches can only occur before the sale. We cannot price match an order that has already been shipped.

What Information is needed for the Price Match?

• The name of the online company you found the lower price at
• The web address (link) to the lower priced item
• The lower price found .

If OCI Security Determines that the lower price submitted is valid , we will then send you an email with instructions on how you can purchase those items at the lower price.
